2024 – 2025 · Healthcare / Academic Research Sector · Reference: Academic Medical Center Cancer Research Division
-
An academic medical center's cancer research division needed a strategy and systems consulting partner to design, build, and launch a Certificate in Community Outreach and Engagement (COE) — a structured online program for researchers, facilitators, and community health practitioners. The engagement required full LMS architecture and content migration on Canvas, UDL-aligned accessibility compliance, multimedia production, and program evaluation infrastructure — delivered across two phased engagements.
-
Architected and migrated a full 10-module Canvas LMS build — including scoped module pages, UDL-compliant glossary, timestamped transcripts for 11 videos, and custom banner graphics — coordinating all revisions with subject matter experts throughout the build
Designed a Kirkpatrick Level 3 and Level 4 post-program evaluation framework including participant surveys and focus group protocols to measure learning transfer and program impact
Produced a multimedia alumni experience asset — conducting, recording, and editing 5 stakeholder interviews into a branded 3-minute video published directly in Canvas
Developed 8 promotional video assets (60-second social media video in landscape and portrait, plus 7 short-form Q&A videos) with branded graphics and thumbnails optimized for web and social distribution
-
10-module Canvas course fully built, migrated, and accessibility-compliant — ready for live cohort delivery
11 video transcripts produced and integrated across corresponding Canvas module pages
Full Kirkpatrick L3/L4 evaluation infrastructure delivered, enabling ongoing program impact measurement
8 promotional video assets published and optimized for website and social media distribution
Certificate in Community Outreach and Engagement launched and operational for the inaugural cohort
