A 501(c)(3) talent advocacy nonprofit supporting musically inclined individuals on the autism spectrum needed to modernize its learning management infrastructure, migrate to an updated LMS version, structure and build out 65+ courses across its musician academy, and establish governance systems — all while preparing for formal ACCPAS accreditation.

Managed a full Moodle LMS migration (v3.11.8 → v4.2.1) including H5P course integrations and SSO configuration from the organization's HR system — building a modern, unified learning infrastructure from the ground up
Supervised a 15-person curriculum development team to structure and deploy 65+ courses, and designed a diagnostic assessment tool for individualized student placement and learning plans
Established an LMS governance model covering data integrity, security, content archival, and end-user lifecycle management — and developed policies and written materials aligned to ACCPAS accreditation standards
Built new hire training programs for LMS utilization and custom reporting to sustain operations beyond the engagement
