LMS Modernization & Curriculum Infrastructure for a Nonprofit Arts Education Organization

  • A 501(c)(3) talent advocacy nonprofit supporting musically inclined individuals on the autism spectrum needed to modernize its learning management infrastructure, migrate to an updated LMS version, structure and build out 65+ courses across its musician academy, and establish governance systems — all while preparing for formal ACCPAS accreditation.

    • Managed a full Moodle LMS migration (v3.11.8 → v4.2.1) including H5P course integrations and SSO configuration from the organization's HR system — building a modern, unified learning infrastructure from the ground up

    • Supervised a 15-person curriculum development team to structure and deploy 65+ courses, and designed a diagnostic assessment tool for individualized student placement and learning plans

    • Established an LMS governance model covering data integrity, security, content archival, and end-user lifecycle management — and developed policies and written materials aligned to ACCPAS accreditation standards

    • Built new hire training programs for LMS utilization and custom reporting to sustain operations beyond the engagement

    • 65+ courses fully structured and deployed within the new LMS environment

    • Successful Moodle version migration with SSO and H5P integrations completed and operational

    • LMS governance model established from the ground up, ensuring long-term data integrity and compliance

    • Full accreditation-ready documentation completed in support of ACCPAS standards

    • New hire training program implemented to sustain LMS operations beyond the engagement
