A 65,000-member global revenue community needed a strategy and systems consulting partner to plan, build, and execute their first-ever week-long virtual conference experience for GTM, RevOps, and B2B SaaS leaders. With only a 6-week runway and a multi-platform live production requirement spanning Goldcast, Zoom, YouTube, and LinkedIn Live, they needed a partner to own the full conference lifecycle from pre-event logistics through live production and post-event reporting.

Designed and implemented full end-to-end conference operations across four phases — Event Planning, Conference Setup, Live Production, and Post-Event Reporting — within a 6-week timeline
Built all event infrastructure: Run of Show, multi-format session agendas, branded templates, Slack engagement prompts, and a full technology and platform setup protocol across Goldcast and Zoom with live streaming to YouTube and LinkedIn Live
Trained and managed volunteer and staff teams; led UAT across all live session pathways and provided real-time technical oversight across 15 sessions over 3 days
Designed engagement data collection protocols and delivered a comprehensive post-event wrap-up report and sponsor impact report
